These Terms govern your use of wealthrewiredrevolution.com and the programs, events and products offered by Izzy Nalley Consulting, LLC, doing business as Wealth Rewired Revolution ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, registering or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

Programs and events

We offer free and paid educational programs, live online events, replays and digital products, including the MAGNETIC 5 Day Manifestation Challenge, the MAGNETIC VIP Pass and Intentional Manifesting. Event dates and times are listed on the event page and may change; we will notify registrants of any change.

Educational purposes only

Our content is for education and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Purchases and payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Unless stated otherwise on the offer page, purchases are one-time payments. Digital products and recorded content are delivered electronically.

Refunds

Digital products under $500: all sales are final and non-refundable. Group programs: refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase. All other purchases, services and sessions: cancellations and refund requests require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start. To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected].

Access and use of content

When you buy a program you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access its content for your own use. You may not share login access, copy, resell or redistribute our materials, recordings or workbooks.

Community guidelines

In our live events, groups and member community, please be respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares others' private information or disrupts the experience.

SMS / text messaging terms

  • Program: Wealth Rewired Revolution text messages, including event reminders, access links and account notifications, and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages about our programs and offers.
  • Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies. During a live event you may receive up to a few messages per day.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our programs, including text, videos, audio, graphics and the MAGNETIC and Intentional Manifesting names and materials, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
